Pricing for calligraphic work? Pricing for wedding invitation envelopes, both interior and exterior addressing...130 invites.

Most calligraphers charge by the piece. For instance, inner and outer envelopes will be properly addressed and names written in for about $5 each. Place cards, table numbers or other items will cost you extra. http://www.bloomingquill.com/prices.html
